This is an online consultation appointment via Zoom. A meeting link will be provided in your appointment confirmation email.

The purpose of the initial consultation is:

For me to gain an understanding of what’s going on for you now and how you would it to be different
For me to explain how our brain works and why this is impacting on how you feel
For me to explain how we can use hypnotherapy to create positive change in your life
And most importantly to make sure that you feel happy working with me to achieve the results you want.

A £10 refundable deposit is payable to make this booking.This is refunded on attendance of your appointment, or if you cancel the appointment, giving at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment.

I operate a 24 hour cancellation policy, please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel to avoid any appointment charges.
